Recipe: Spaghetti Squash

Ok this is quite possibly THE easiest recipe ever!!! Again this is a healthy alternative so hubbies may not approve. LOL However, it IS baby approved! 😉(before seasoned)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large spaghetti squash
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt&pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flake (optional)

STEPS:

  • preheat oven to 350
  • Stab squash all over
  • Place on cooking pan and let cook for 1hr
  • Take out and let cool a bit
  • Slice in half vertically
  • Scoop out seeds and mush and discard
  • Use a fork to scrape out the rest into a large bowl
  • Season and enjoy!😁
